JPF static balancing valve

Product introduction 

Static balancing valve is used to balance water power in a system. It specially used to measuring the change of flux of the channels. 

Water system’s balance is the premise for normal operation. System can provide maximum comfort and the least energy consumption.

Screw connection valve’s body adopts Venturi flowmeter. It makes the flow regulation more specific and the flow monitor more convenient.

Operational principle and product feature

Balancing valve is used to adjust the medium flux which passes the valve body. Balance valve’s shaft moves up and down after turning regulating valve’s handle. Then the flow’s diameter and curve feature are changed. The equipped pressure testing port checks the pressure difference which can be used to check and adjust flux.

Flux balance system feature

1. System’s terminal can operate under heating, refrigeration and arefaction. It will not cause energy waste and the comfort degree is ensured.
2. Pump works at the best position. And there is not over hot or damage.
3. No noise and pipe corrosion.

Temperature adjustment valve always works under normal pressure difference range.

Regulating handle

Regulating handle is designed under human engineering. It ensures the operators’ maximum comfort and regulating precision.

1. Regulating handle’s five full process rotation numbers can ensure water system’s precise balance.
2. Clear micro display is good for flux’s precise adjustment.
3. Handle’s material is reinforced polymer. The polymer has high tenacity and anti-corrosion.

Regulating graduation display

One regulating graduation is 360°. It is from 0 (full close) to 5 (full open). Decimal graduation can adjust accurately under one graduation.
